Steel Grade:

Manufacturing Process:
SSAW (Spiral Submerged Arc Welding): This process involves the continuous winding of hot-rolled steel strip onto a rotating mandrel at a specified angle to the pipe axis, forming a spiral seam. The seam is then welded both internally and externally using submerged arc welding.
Length: Typically supplied in lengths of 12m (40 feet), but can be cut to customer-specific lengths.
Coating and Lining:
External Coating: Can include 3LPE, 3LPP, FBE, and other types to provide corrosion protection.
