On 21-22 October, the 40th anniversary meeting of China Steel Structure Association and the 2024 China Steel Structure Conference were held in Beijing. Yue Qingrui, academician of China Academy of Engineering, president of China Steel Construction Society, Xia Nong, vice president of China Iron and Steel Industry Association, Jing Wan, vice president of China Construction Industry Association, and other leading experts of industry associations, as well as more than 800 representatives from scientific research institutes, industry associations, universities, production enterprises, design units and construction units in the upstream and downstream related fields of steel structure industry attended the grand meeting. Li Qingwei, Secretary General of China Steel Construction Society, presided over the meeting.
